Workout Notes/Intentions: Part A is meant to be low reps, challenging weight. Build for the power cleans- they are from the floor but don’t have to be touch and go. For the plank, add weight or do single leg planks. The floor press is bilateral, be sure to go heavy as it’s only 5 reps.
Part B is a chipper. Try to choose a machine you haven’t used this week yet. T2b can be subbed for hanging leg raises or dragon flags. Pace the bar facing burpees. For the power cleans, try to cycle the bar and hit a few sets rather than doing all singles. Finish with 10 floor press at the same weight as your cleans.
