6-8 Strict KB Press
10 BB Deadlift (50-60% of 1RM)
8-10 DB Chest Press

In a four minute window perform the above three movements. Using Kettlebells for your press and DB’s for your bench will help to make transitions a little quicker. Go heavy but mind your rest time.

Today’s workout is a classic CrossFit benchmark workout with a spin. Well two actually… 🙂 First of all we’re using kettlebells and second of all, any time you put the bells down you’ll need to bang out some kcal before getting back to work on your five rounds.
