100 DB or KB hang snatch
75 pullups
50 front rack lunges (DB or KB)
25 devils press

B. Core work- coaches choice

Workout Notes/Intentions: TOday’s WOD is a long chipper! Use a single DB or KB for the snatches, use 2 for the front rack lunges and devils press, if you have available. Pull-ups can be subbed for any type of row (DB, KB, BB, ring row, TRX row, etc.) or a lat pull dpwn variation. Slow and steady on this noe, and get those reps done!
