Today’s workout is a little spin off “Nautical Glen” (plus some additional reps) and it’s to be done in teams of two! Pace yourself throughout and finish with a sprint for your burpees! Rope climbs can be done with feet on the ground, legless or legs or use chin ups instead if you’re not a rope climber 🙂
