Today’s workout we get to practice some handstand push-up skill work. For some it will be working on kicking up to the wall, others might be working on kipping or strict HSPU and some might hit some pike pushups. If you can’t go overhead build to and perform 3-5 BB Chest press in the rack. Keep in mind no matter what variation you’re doing, it’s on a 60 second clock and you’ll need a good amount of recovery time. This is meant to be practice NOT A WORKOUT.
