Build to a challenging five back squats  then begin your sets with the class. You’ll be on a 3 minute clock and have time to add weight throughout your sets if you’re feeling and moving well.

This triplet is a little heavier than the normal weights we use and should be an added challenge. Choose the best weight suited for you and hit it.
