Part A. builds on our deadlift cycle with three rounds of three deadlifts. Use the above percentages to base your lifts off of if you’ve been using and establishing consistent maxes with your deadlifts.
Part B is two short five minute AMRAP’s. Scale reps and movements appropriately to get about two minutes of the “max movement in”
