Last week we hit 5’s for back squats, this week should be a little heavier in weight as the reps are a little lower. Always remember, form first, loading second.

Today’s triplet will get that whole body moving for all three movements. Choose a weight you can do your set of 21 thrusters in 1-2 sets, your set of 15 in 1-2 sets and your set of 9 unbroken.
