Today’s workout has a little skill work on wall walks along with a partner Amrap. Choose weights and variations. You can hit 10 unbroken reps using a barbell in between sets of 5 to 10 for your variation of body weight exercises. Starting at zero and every five minutes thereafter, perform six wall walks in total with your partner (3 each).
