1 Front Squat + 5 Strict Pull Ups

Today we’re going heavy. Every three minutes, perform one heavy front squat and once you’ve recovered hit five strict pull ups. Today is a chance to PR your front squat OR hit five heavy singles for the day. You’ll have a chance to build to your heavy single before the clock starts.
*For newer members, perform five front squats and five strict pull ups or ring rows on a thee minute clock.

50 Kcal row or ski buy in then…
10 HSPU or Push Press
10 Box Jumps

For part B. you’ll have a 50 kcal buy in (only once) before hitting an AMRAP with the remaining time on shoulder to overhead and box jumps. Pick a weight you can go unbroken on with your shoulder to overhead for at least one to two rounds.
