25 Strict Pull Ups
50 BB Deadlift
50 Box Jumps 20/24″ +/-
50 Floor Wipers
50 Single Arm Clean & Press (KB)
25 Strict Pull Ups

RX: BB 95/135# KB 35/50#
Intermediate: BB 85/115# KB 30/40#
Beginner: BB 65/95# KB 20/30#

Today’s workout is an oldie but a goodie. It’s the workout they used getting actors ready for the movie “300”. This workout is done solo and as a chipper. The floor wiper is a movement where you’ll lay on your back and lock the barbell out like you would a bench press. From there, you’ll bring your heels down to the ground then up to one plate on the barbell, bring your heels back down to the ground in line with your body then bring your feet up to the other plate on the barbell. That’s one rep of the floor wiper 🙂
