Min 2. 10 Front Squats
Min 3. 6-8 Strict Pull Ups
Min 4. 10 Bar Over Burpees
Min 5. 8-10 Alt. Front Rack Lunges

RX: 85/115#
Intermediate: 65/95#
Beginner: 55/75# +/-

Today’s workout will get the heart pumping. You should be putting in around 40 seconds of work and getting around 20 seconds rest / transition time. If you’re not sure what weight to start off with, go a little lighter and build through the six rounds.
