E2:30 – 7
3 OHS or Front Squats &
5 Strict Pull Ups

Every 2:30 for seven rounds, perform Three Overhead squats if your mobility allows for it OR perform three front squats (BB or KB) along with five strict pull ups or variation (Strict C2B, Weighted, etc…). For individuals that struggle with an overhead squat position you can perform overhead squats with a PVC pipe after completing front squats and pull-ups. The reason for this is just still challenge the body to get into that overhead position and still allow you to get a work out with some loading in the front rack position.

Arbi will be short and sweet with three quick movements. Overhead squats can be substituted for front squats if you find the overhead position extremely challenging. The squad should be done unbroken so choose your weight accordingly.
