“Riptide”
20 Snatches
10 DB Squat Cleans
20 Push Ups
10 Hang Clean & Jerks
20 Alternating Lunges
20 Kcal or 200m Run
Todays workout can be done with one Dumbell or Kettlebell. Transition on the reps however you like, DB’s and kettlebells are to be pulled from the ground for the snatches and squat cleans.
Pace yourself, this is a long one 🙂
