E3:00 – 7
5 BB Back Squats &
6-8 DB Chest Press (bench preferably)
In a three Minute window perform five BB back squats and 6-8 DB Bench Press
You’ll have time to build to a challenging starting weight and continue to build through if you decide to.
B.
AMRAP – 8
12 Wall Balls
10/12 Kcal Ski (or row)
8 T2B .
Short & sweet. This workout should be unbroken on all movements if possible. Wall ball weight is 14/20# +/- and T2B can be substituted for hanging leg raise or anchored sit ups!
