10 T2B / HLR / Anchored Sit-Ups

Intermediate 55/75#
Beginner: 45/55# +/-

Ten rounds of today’s workout. Oh boy! Make sure to pick weights and movements you’ll be able to go unbroken with. Find a way to keep count of your rounds but PLEASE DO NOT WRITE ON THE GROUND / TURF WITH CHALK!!!

Person one will do 10 handstand push-ups or variation while person to does 10 hang clean and jerks. Will alternate back and forth alternating exercises for a grand total of 10 rounds. Have fun (because that’s what’s it’s all about).
