Today’s workout will start and finish with a 400m run buy in and cash-out. Dips can be ring, box or bench and the weight you choose should be something you can do your round of 21 in 1-2 sets, round of 15 in 1-2 sets and your round of nine unbroken. Send it on your final 400m because you’re all done after that 🙂
