400m Run Cash out…
Short and sweet. This workout is only three rounds and wall balls should be done in 1-2 sets for each round. T2B or variation should be done in 1-4 sets and KBS in one set. It’s heavy and should only be to shoulder height. After all three rounds are completed, the clock stops when you complete your 400m run.
