Thursday 6-30-22 Workout Of The Day

3 Front Squats + 5 Chin Ups

Build to and through your five sets of front squats and chin ups. Add weight on the chin ups if you like but make sure you’re getting enough recovery before heading back for your squats.

For Time
40/50Kcal Bike
Then 3 rounds of
20 Wall Balls
15 T2B
10 Burpees to a target
5 Bar Muscle Ups

Only on round on the ECHO bike before jumping into your three rounds. Pace yourself, move consistently and most of all, HAVE FUN 🙂
