Today is a little skill session in Part A. Use this time as an opportunity to work on your barbell path and efficiency for your clean and your transition to the jerk. For part B. use the weights above OR come up with a plan for your weight increases each round as the reps drop. Use your run to pace yourself and get to work on the bar as soon as you’re back into the gym.
