8 DB Bench Press & 6-8 Chin Ups

In a three minute window, perform 8 DB Chest press & 6-8 Chin-Ups

400m Run
30 Alternating DB Snatches
400m Run
20 Alternating DB Snatches
400m Run
10 Alternating DB Snatches
400m Run

RX: 35/50#
Intermediate: 30/40#
Beginner: 20/30#

Time to snatch some dumbbells. An then run… Pick a weight you can do your 40 reps in 1-2 sets. and PLEASE DO NOT DROP DUMBBELLS FROM OVERHEAD They have feelings too! You’ll drop 10 reps every round but your run will stay the same.
