For today’s skill work, try picking up a new skill or progression with handstand push ups. That might be kicking up to the wall or lowering yourself or doing a full HSPU. Pick an element of the movement to work on in the E75 portion rather than gravitating to what you normally do in a workout. For the double under portion the goal might be to do 3-5 or 10 DU’s. For those with consistent DU’s try picking up the rope and getting right into your DU’s on the first rep 🙂
For Part B, challenge yourself appropriately with this ladder. Keep in mind that numbers are going up so those later rounds are going to be tougher as you get there. Pace yourself accordingly. Use Strict or kipping HSPU for the workout depending on your strengths.
