1 Squat Clean + 1 Hang Squat Clean + 1 Jerk
Today we get a little lifty with a barbell complex. You should have about two minutes to rest after you complete your complex. Build through your sets and add weight if movements are looking and feeling good.

Beginner: 55/75# +/-
Two movements that you’ll think are a typo but are not. Push the bike a little but back off as you get closer to the end so you can get to work on the bar. Have fun! 🙂
