Today is a little skill work for Part A. get out of your comfort zone and work on some new skills for the for part then apply those skills for the EMOM in part B. You’re better off working on your new skill in part B and keeping your reps lower.
Part C. is a fifteen minute AMRAP. You might use some of your new skills OR use a variation that you’ll be able to hit the above reps and challenge yourself Appropriately.
