Today’s workout is a little HSPU skill work. You might work on kicking up to the wall or hitting your first strict HSPU. You might kip up or and do a negative on the way down. The idea behind “skill work” is that you try something new and try to get a little better. This doesn’t mean that you’ll use it in part B for sure BUT it should be a progression from what you’ve done in the past.
