Today’s workout is a grind. Make sure to pace yourself as it’s easy to go out hard in the row and suffer for the rest of the workout. The double bell clean & Thruster will be soul-sucking. For every rep, the bells need to be re-cleaned (from the backswing not the ground). Once in the rack, the athlete should perform a full thruster.

The HRPU and T2B will be easy to burn out on as well. Make sure to leave a rep in the bank so recovery comes quicker. If you burnout during reps it will take much longer to recover.
