Todays EMOM will incorporate a little cardio and some lifting. If you need to substitute DB’s or Kettlebells for the barbell, make it happen! For your “Strict Burpees” Make sure you’re not flopping down to the ground but performing a solid strict push up any time you drop down for your burpee.
