Today’s workout is a little running workout with some barbell slinging. Pick a weight you can go unbroken with for all 20 reps (ideally). Dumbbells or kettlebells may be used as alternatives to barbells if you don’t have a great front rack position. For run limitations Row for 350/400m as an alternative.
