10 Box Jumps
5 Ring Muscle Ups (or 5 pull ups & 5 ring dips)
1 Out and back run to the gates.

RX: 65/95#
Intermediate: 55/75#
Beginner: 45/55#

Today’s workout is a longer AMRAP. Set a pace and keep moving. Pick a weight you can do touch and go clean & jerks for at least 8-10 reps under fatigue. Don’t forget to have fun because that’s what it’s all about 🙂
