50 Single DB Thrusters
25 Bar Muscle Ups*
RX: 35/50#
Intermediate: 30/40#
Beginner: 20/30#
*If you’re not doing Bar Muscle Ups perform 25 pull ups & 25 dips (not alternating back and forth)
* Use only one DB for all movements
Today’s workout is a chipper. All reps of each of each of the movements must be completed before going onto the next movement. Pace yourself and get acquainted with your DB as you’ll be hanging out with it for 225 reps!
