Today’s workout is a team effort. Share the load and switch off as necessary. You may have noticed there are thee weights for the workout in each category. Thrusters are the first weight, hang power cleans are the second and front squats are the third 🙂 If you need to stay lighter and keep a lower weight you’re welcome to do so.
