30 Over the bag / Bell Burpees
300m Sandbag / KB “run” with kettlebells held in the front rack position. (switch holders as needed)
This workout can be done with kettlebells or a sandbag…
Recommended KB weight is 2 x 35/50#
Recommended sandbag weight is 50/70#
