5 Strict HSPU / Kipping / Pike / Heavy push press
10 Box Jump Overs
5 Burpee pull ups
Part A.
Work on your HSPU skills which could be kicking up to the wall, lowering to AB mats from a handstand position, performing a kipping HSPU or strict HSPU or pike push ups.
For those not able to go overhead, perform Bench press.
Part B. Perform your new skill as practice with low reps
Part C. Medium distance AMRAP. Pick weights and methods you can go unbroken with.
