A. 15 min circuit
6-8/side single leg DL

B. 15 min AMRAP
20 DB hang snatch
40 anchored sit ups
60 DU / 120 single skips

Workout Notes/Intentions: Weight the single leg deadlifts and step ups with DB’s, KB’s or a barbell. Take your time with the movements and challenge yourself with load if possible. The wallsit should be 1:00 straight through- add weight for an extra challenge. You should be able to do about 4 rounds in the 15 minute window. 

Part B is a longer AMRAP, so pace yourself accordingly. Switch on the hang snatches as often as you want- try to get through the 20 without breaking (sets of 5 may work well and allow you to keep moving without needing a break. The sit-ups should be smooth and consistent- just move through them. If you don’t have double under, you will do twice as many singles for today’s workout. You should be aiming for 3+r rounds in this AMRAP.
