Workout Notes/Intentions: This workout will be done with a running clock. Squat cleans are from the ground if possible-unless you only have KB’s. You should be able to hit 6-8 reps in your first set, so choose a light-moderate weight that allows for this. T2B can be subbed for HLR or dragon flags. Once the first 21-15-9 is done, you get 3 mins rest. Then you will complete 30-20-10 of calories on a machine and KB swings. Swings should be overhead if possible. If you don’t have a machine you can sub stairs or skipping, or you could do regular burpees and change the burpees in the last portion to pushups. 3 minutes of rest will follow the middle portion again. Finally you will compete 21-15-9 of S2OH at the same weight as the cleans and bar facing burpees if space allows. Note your final finish time.
