Today we hit a little test week with our squat cleans. Use Part A as a primer and build to a starting weight (around 75%) for part B. Use the above percentages as goals for your squat clean weights or go by feel if you haven’t been using percentages.
Part C. is a quick AMRAP with an 8 minute cap. Push the pace and use a weight you could perform a minimum or 6 unbroken squat cleans with.
