Workout Notes/Intentions: Today’s WOD will be done with a running clock. Buy-in with a 1000m row or ski (1.5 mile Echo bike or 2000m C2 bike). You will go directly into a 21-15-9 of thrusters and bar facing burpees. Choose a weight that you can do 10 reps straight through. Finish the last round of 3 with a hard effort, as you get 3 minutes of rest after. Then you will complete another 21-15-9 at the same weight. Squat cleans are from the ground. The cashout is 1000m ski/row (same method that you started your buy-in with)
