A. 5 RNFT
6-8/side half kneeling press
6-8/side DB row
1:00 plank / weighted plank

B. 10 min AMRAP
10 S2OH @65/95#
20 front squats
10 pullups

Workout Notes/Intentions: Part A will be done in your square. For the landmine press and row, set up a plate on the ground and place the end of your barbell in the centre hole of the plate. You may use different weight for the presses and the rows. Try to go straight through on the weighted plank. 

For the AMRAP, barbell weight should be light enough to go unbroken. Aim for smooth air squats and then pullups in 1-2 sets. Goal is to get through around 5 rounds in the 10 minutes.
