Workout Notes/Intentions: For Part A, you will warmup and build before starting your working sets together as a class. Try to build to a challenging weight for today. Power clean is from the floor. Sit down and rest between sets,


Part B will be done at a light barbell weight. You want to be able to do the 10 hang clusters in about 1-3 sets. If you are breaking them up, take a few depp breaths and then get back to the bar- you shouldn’t be spending a ton of time staring at the bar and not moving. Front rack lunges are 2x the reps of clusters, and they ascend as the clusters descend. 2 lunges means 2 total (1 per side)
