Minimal equipment for this one with maximal fun! Pace yourself for this workout. Lots of breathing on the snatches to help stay relaxed. Try to maintain a consistent work and rest period for the squats. Example: perform fifteen squats and rest for 10 seconds or eight breaths. On your box jumps or step us try and keep a consistent pace and not go out too hard or fast.
