Tuesday 04-27-2021 Workout Of the Day
A. E90s x 10 sets
1 snatch + 1 snatch balance + 1 OHS
B. 12 min AMRAP @65/95#
Workout Notes/Intentions: Part A will be a barbell snatch complex. You will build prior to starting your working sets. You can also add weight during your sets. The snatch is from the ground if possible. You will then lower the barbell onto your upper back. Perform 1 snatch balance, with a full squat if possible. Then you will do 1 additional overhead squat to finish the complex. Rest between sets by sitting on a box or bench.
For Part B, the weight you choose should allow you to do the OHS unbroken or with one short break. If you are going to drop, get over the hallway point (8/7 or 9/6). Toes to bar can be subbed for HLR, dragonflags or weighted sit ups if you want to stay in your box.
