Workout Notes: Today’s workout is a series of 5 minute AMRAPs, with 2 minutes of rest in between each. There are 3 different AMRAPs, which you will go through twice. Every AMRAP starts with a 400m buy-in run. In the time remaining, you will cycle through two movements. Your score for each AMRAP is your rounds and reps on the 2 movements.
