A. EMOM x 15 (5 rounds)

2: 5/leg Bulgarian split squats (dbl KB)
3: 5/side single leg DL (dbl KB)
B. 15 min ladder
50/35 cal bike (buy-in) then ladder in remaining time:

Workout Notes/Intentions: Part A is a strength EMOM. Choose a weight that you can sustain for all 5 rounds, but it should be challenging by the fifth rep. Use KB’s for part A, reserving dumbells for part B. If classes are busy, half will start on A and half will start on B.
For Part B, ladies will start with a 35 cal bike, men will s tart with a 50 cal bike. If no bikes are available and you must row, it will be a 70/50 cal row buy in. Only use the rower if bikes are totally unavailable. Move steady on the bike; you should have >10 minutes left for the ladder.
