Workout Notes: Today is a long chipper! It will be done with a running clock- time cap of 40 minutes, so get as much work done in that time as possible. Each portion is followed by 2 minutes of rest. For the first part you will do 50 wallballs, 25 power cleans, 40 wallballs, 20 cleans, etc. until you finish 10 wallballs and 5 cleans. The last part is one round through: 50 lunges, 25 burpees, 50/40 cal ski and finishing with 25 final burpees!
