Workout Notes/Intentions: Today’s workout is a longer one, but with the 3 minutes of rest after each piece, the goal is to work hard when chipping away at your reps, and use the rest periods to recover enough that you can attack each new piece with fairly high intensity. The run may be substituted for a 2000m row or a shorter run if you know that the mile is not reasonable for you at this time. The goal is to be able to finish this workout, or get very close (to thrusters hopefully). If the run is going to take up a huge chunk of your workout, it is recommended that you shorten the run, possibly doing 300m laps so you are close to the building and know the distance that you run. Try and hit bigger sets of wallballs, and minimize rest while working towards those reps. Choose a pullup variation that you can do at least 10 reps while fresh. Have fun with it!
