Workout Notes: build to a challenging set of 5 deadlifts before beginning Part A. You can add weight to your pull-ups as well. Complete both movements in a 3 minute window.

Part B is a 12 minute ladder. Start at 3 reps and add 3 reps every round. Power cleans are from the ground and should be light. KB swings are to shoulder height.
