Workout Notes: Part A is building on last week- go heavier on the deadlifts if you were here for the sets of 4. Add weight to your chest to bar chin-ups if you are able. Ensure you are challenging yourself to pull higher than regular pull-ups regardless of the variation you choose.

Part B is for time. The ski is a buy-in, followed by a descending rep scheme of 3 movements. Choose a deadlift weight that you can do sets of 10 unbroken.
