A. SKill work: Handstand hold

12 single DB devil’s press @35/50#

Workout Notes/Intentions: For Part A you will practice handstand holds or variations. You may do wall walks, wall facing holds, free standing holds, shoulder taps, rack/band assisted handstands, box assisted handstands, or any other variation. 

For Part B, you will only need one single DB. The 12 reps should be alternating, 6 per side. Pace yourself on the first few rounds and pick it up on the last 2. Your last run should be hard and those devil’s press should be smooth quick- try not to rest between reps.
