Build to three heavy hang power cleans on a 90 second clock.
90 seconds isn’t a lot of time so you’ll be limited with how heavy you’ll be able to go. Move well and add weight each round if possible.
6 Rounds For Time (Cap 30)

3 Hang Power Cleans RX: 110/155# Int: 95/135# Beg: 65/95# +/-
50 Double Unders or 100 Single Skips
15 T2B / HLR
20 Burpees
Pick movements you’ll be able to do the following with.
1. Unbroken hang power cleans
2. Double unders in less than 90 seconds
3. T2B or HLR in 1-2 Sets
4. Burpees without crying (just kidding, they should be consistent and crying is ok).
