Today’s workout only requires ONE DUMBBELL. Not two, just one… 🙂 These three AMRAPS will get shorter and the movements drop from triplets to couplets. Transitions should be quick from one movement to the other positioning yourself in a tight triangle to move directly from one movement to the other safely. The weights you’re using should allow you to perform unbroken sets in all weighted movements.
